You must be at least 21 years of age and a resident of Indonesia to register and use sm603. Any account found to belong to a minor will be suspended immediately and all funds returned.
Each individual may hold only one active sm603 account. Duplicate accounts, shared accounts, and proxy registrations are strictly prohibited and will result in account closure and forfeiture of funds.
All deposits and withdrawals on sm603 are processed in Indonesian Rupiah (IDR / Rp). No foreign currency conversion is applied. Minimum deposit: Rp 25.000. Minimum withdrawal: Rp 50.000.
All promotional bonuses are subject to wagering requirements, time limits, and game-contribution rules. Bonuses must be claimed in good faith. Abuse, collusion, or exploitation of promotions will void bonus funds.
Use of automated betting software, bots, arbitrage strategies, or any technique designed to exploit platform errors is prohibited. sm603 reserves the right to void bets placed in bad faith.
sm603 provides deposit limits, session time limits, loss caps, cooling-off periods, and self-exclusion tools. Using these tools is the player's right and sm603's platform obligation to facilitate.

The following definitions apply throughout these Terms:
The personal, non-transferable account created by a registered User on the sm603 platform.
The total of real-money funds held in a User's Account, denominated in Indonesian Rupiah (IDR / Rp), excluding bonus funds unless otherwise stated.
Any promotional credits, free bets, free spins, or cashback amounts credited to a User's Account under a specific promotion, subject to separate Bonus Terms.
Know Your Customer — the identity and address verification process required before first withdrawal or at sm603's discretion.

The number of times a Bonus amount (or deposit + bonus) must be staked before withdrawal of winnings derived from that Bonus is permitted.

To register and maintain an Account on sm603, you must satisfy all of the following conditions at all times:
Age Verification: sm603 may request documentary proof of age at any time. Failure to provide satisfactory verification within the specified timeframe will result in Account suspension and potential forfeiture of winnings obtained during the unverified period.
To create an Account, you must provide accurate, current, and complete information including your full legal name, date of birth, residential address in Indonesia, a valid email address, and a mobile phone number. sm603 reserves the right to reject any registration at its sole discretion.
Each individual may hold only one active Account on sm603 at any time. Holding multiple Accounts — whether under the same or different identities — constitutes fraud and will result in immediate closure of all associated accounts and permanent forfeiture of any Balance or Bonus Funds held across those accounts.
You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials. You must not share your username or password with any third party. sm603 will not be liable for any loss resulting from unauthorised access to your Account caused by your failure to protect your credentials. If you suspect unauthorised access, contact sm603 support immediately via live chat.
Prior to processing your first withdrawal — and at any point deemed necessary by sm603 — you may be required to complete identity verification (KYC). Required documents typically include a valid Indonesian National Identity Card (KTP / Kartu Tanda Penduduk), proof of address dated within 90 days, and a selfie photograph holding your ID. KYC review is typically completed within 1–24 hours (WIB). Accounts that fail to complete KYC within the requested timeframe may have withdrawal functionality suspended.
sm603 accepts deposits in Indonesian Rupiah (IDR / Rp) via the following methods: bank transfer (BCA, BRI, BNI, Mandiri, CIMB Niaga, OCBC NISP, Bank Permata, BSI) and e-wallets (OVO, GoPay, DANA, ShopeePay, LinkAja). The minimum deposit is Rp 25.000. Deposits are credited to your Account upon confirmation of receipt by sm603's payment systems, typically within 60 seconds for bank transfers and e-wallets under normal conditions.
Withdrawals are processed to the same payment method used for the most recent deposit, where technically possible, in order to comply with anti-money-laundering (AML) obligations. The minimum withdrawal amount is Rp 50.000. sm603 targets a processing time of 3–15 minutes for most withdrawal requests. During periods of high volume or scheduled maintenance, processing may extend up to a maximum of 24 hours. Withdrawals to unverified accounts may be held pending KYC completion.
sm603 reserves the right to withhold or reverse a withdrawal where there is reasonable suspicion of: fraudulent activity, breach of these Terms, incomplete KYC, or where the funds to be withdrawn consist primarily of Bonus Funds that have not yet met applicable Wagering Requirements. In such cases, sm603 will notify you via your registered email address.
No Fees: sm603 does not charge deposit or withdrawal fees on its end. Your bank or e-wallet provider may apply their own transaction fees independently; sm603 has no control over and accepts no liability for third-party fees.
All bonuses, free bets, cashback offers, and promotions offered by sm603 are subject to the specific terms published on the relevant promotion page, in addition to these general Terms. In the event of conflict, the specific promotion terms take precedence for that promotion only.
Unless stated otherwise on the individual promotion page, Bonus Funds must be wagered a minimum of 10 times (10×) the Bonus amount before any winnings derived from those Bonus Funds can be withdrawn. Wagering requirements must be completed within 30 calendar days of the Bonus being credited, after which any unmet Bonus Funds and associated winnings will be forfeited.
Different game types contribute to wagering requirements at different rates. Unless the specific promotion states otherwise, the following default contribution rates apply:
sm603 employs automated and manual monitoring to detect bonus abuse, including but not limited to: placing opposing bets to neutralise risk while meeting wagering requirements ("bonus hedging"), collusion between multiple accounts, and exploitation of promotions through systematic low-risk staking strategies. Where such activity is identified, sm603 reserves the right to void all Bonus Funds, void any winnings derived from those Bonus Funds, and close the offending Account.
All bets are subject to acceptance by sm603. A bet is not confirmed until a bet confirmation number is issued by the Platform. In the event of a technical failure during bet placement, sm603's records shall be the definitive source of truth regarding bet status.
In the event that sm603 publishes manifestly incorrect odds or prices due to a technical error, human error, or data feed failure, sm603 reserves the right to void bets placed at the erroneous price. Affected players will be notified and their stakes returned in full.
Football betting — including markets for BRI Liga 1, the English Premier League, La Liga, Serie A, Bundesliga, Champions League, FIFA World Cup, and the AFF Cup — is governed by the applicable league's official rules regarding match validity, forfeiture, and result. Matches abandoned before 90 minutes of play are typically voided unless the result is already determined under the applicable rules at the time of abandonment. Asian handicap and voor bola (Indonesian handicap line) bets follow standard Asian Handicap rules. Mix parlay (multi-leg accumulator) tickets require all legs to win for the full payout; a void leg reduces the number of active legs accordingly.
All casino, slot, and live dealer game outcomes are determined by independently certified Random Number Generators (RNGs). Published RTP figures represent long-run statistical averages across millions of rounds and do not guarantee session outcomes. Crash game results are provably fair and verifiable on the public ledger published by sm603.
The following conduct is strictly prohibited on sm603 and will result in immediate Account suspension and potential permanent closure:
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, sm603 shall not be liable for: (a) any loss of profits, revenue, data, or goodwill; (b) any indirect, incidental, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the Platform; (c) Platform unavailability due to scheduled maintenance, unscheduled outages, force majeure events, or third-party infrastructure failures; (d) losses resulting from your failure to secure your Account credentials; (e) losses resulting from bets placed by a third party who gained access to your Account due to your negligence.
sm603's aggregate liability to any individual User for any single event or series of related events shall not exceed the total amount deposited by that User in the 30 calendar days preceding the relevant claim.
Nothing in these Terms limits or excludes liability for death, personal injury, or fraud caused by sm603's own gross negligence or wilful misconduct.
sm603 collects, processes, and stores your personal data in accordance with our Privacy Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms by reference. By registering an Account, you consent to the collection and processing of your personal data as described in the Privacy Policy. sm603 does not sell personal data to third parties. Data is held for as long as required by applicable law and sm603's legitimate operational purposes.
All content on the sm603 Platform — including but not limited to the sm603 logo, website design, text, graphics, software, game content, and brand assets — is the proprietary intellectual property of sm603 or its licensed third-party suppliers. You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the Platform solely for personal entertainment purposes. Any reproduction, distribution, public display, or commercial exploitation of Platform content without prior written consent from sm603 is strictly prohibited.
sm603 reserves the right to suspend or terminate any Account at any time, with or without prior notice, where: there is a breach of these Terms; fraudulent, abusive, or illegal conduct is suspected; KYC requirements are not met within the specified timeframe; or the Account is inactive for a period exceeding 12 consecutive months (with adequate prior written notice to the registered email address).
You may close your Account at any time by contacting sm603 support via live chat or by submitting a written request to [email protected]. Upon closure, any real-money Balance will be returned to your verified payment method within 5 business days, provided all outstanding wagering requirements have been assessed.
Players who wish to exclude themselves from the Platform for responsible gaming reasons may request a self-exclusion period of 6 months, 1 year, or permanently. These Terms, and any dispute arising out of or in connection with them or the use of sm603, shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which sm603's international gaming licence is held. Any disputes that cannot be resolved through sm603's internal dispute resolution process shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts of that jurisdiction.

While sm603 actively serves the Indonesian market and processes all transactions in IDR, the Platform is not licensed by an Indonesian government body.
